Raw material reception.  Control and cleaning of the Green

• If the product is in the right conditions we turn to the cleaning of the same.
  Upon receipt of raw materials opens a tab indicating the batcj controls and gross weight.
• We take a significant sample of all  the sacks received passing them to a lab, where they held first verification to determine that the product has reached the warehouse under the conditions provided for the contract of purchase.
• These checks consist of:
        1.    Humidity
        2.    The control of the sieve (grain size)
        3.    Control defects in 300 Gr (grain black, broken, brocades,
                 stones, sticks etc.)
        4. Tasting Brazilian to detect possible bad aromas or tastes.
  If the product is in the right conditions we turn to the cleaning of the same.
